VWT25 Westfalia Club Joker High Top,Rare Automatic LPG/Petrol 1983 LHD

We are selling our 1985T25 Westfalia Joker High Top .We have owned her since 2017,but have only used a couple of times each year which has been great fun.
In the first 2 years we fitted new fuel tank, fuel lines and an electric fuel pump. Front brake discs and pads, rear brake shoes and slave cylinders, new exhaust system and full engine service. Also fitted was a new heater blower motor.
I have a receipt dated June 2012 for the supply of a new engine from GSF Car Parts .
The MOT dated 13th June 2013 shows a mileage of 210,907 and the current mileage is just over 217,000 so the engine has cover just over 7,00 miles.
Due to the vehicle been imported many ago i believe that the clocks were changed so true mileage of van is unknown as some of the MOTs show the oedometer reading in KPH.
This van comes with lots of paper work including the certificate for the 2009 LPG installation.
The downside to her is that the fridge requires replacing and both roof rails are corroded which we planned to have done this year however due to unforeseen family circumstances we have decided to sell.
Also included in the sale will be a large awning which has 2 bedrooms.
Van also has a wind down awning fitted.

Camper is solid underside and upper body is also very good.
Currently has Mot and runs and drives fantastic.
Front seats are slight worn, but rear of camper is in excellent original condition and has the corner seat fitted.
This is a 4 bed camper but currently the upper bed has been removed to make room for the LPG tank.
Because this camper is so rare it has been difficult to price. I have carried out a fair bit research and feel the price is fair, however I would be open to a sensible offer.
