Changed your mind or incorrect parts ordered?
We offer a 30-day* money back returns policy to our customers providing all items returned are in their original condition and packaging with no signs of fitting or modification.
You will need a return authorisation number when sending back your item. You can get this from our Customer Service Team on 01256 862288 or by using our contact form here.
You simply need to quote your return authorisation number on your parcel and then post or courier the goods back to us- we do not cover the cost of the return. Please package well and retain your proof of postage. Once inspected, we will refund you via your original payment method within 5 working days.
*items returned outside of 30 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, no returns will be accepted after 90 days. Whilst JK makes every effort to provide correct information and goods, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are correct before fitting/modifying.
We’re not always perfect. Damaged, faulty, or wrong goods received?
We ask customers to advise us within 48 hours of delivery if any item has arrived damaged or is missing from an order. This ensures we can investigate where the damage or oversight occurred and fix this promptly for you.
All our items come with a 12-month warranty, if you’re unfortunately faced with a faulty item in this time, we would like to know about it. Sometimes we may need items back for testing or repair*, but our Team will explain this to you if it’s required. In most situations we will require photos of the damage/fault which you can email to [email protected] - please include your name and order number so we can locate your order.

Returning an old core item?
You will require a return authorisation number which you can obtain from us by calling 01256 862288 or using our contact form here. We do not cover the cost of returning old core items back to JK.
