Can I return parts I don’t need or want any more?
Of course you can! We offer a 90-day money back returns policy, so you can return parts you ordered recently but now don’t need or want.

I ordered the wrong thing, can I return it?
You can absolutely send things back if you’ve ordered the wrong parts by accident. Just get in touch with the JK Team and we’ll help you find the correct part and send you the information you need to organise your return.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, with no signs of fitting or modification. If your items aren’t returned in their original condition, then it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 90 days, so it’s important that you check your deliveries as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues which occur.

Help with Damaged, faulty, or incorrect parts
We’re not always perfect, and we know that sometimes things can go wrong with your order. If you do have an issue with an order from Just Kampers then we want to know about it as soon as possible.
Whilst we make every effort to provide correct information and goods, it’s the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are correct before fitting or modifying them. This is especially important before painting bumpers, for example, or before fitting windows to your vehicle. In these cases we always recommend offering the panel or window up to your vehicle to ensure that it will fit correctly.
It’s important to contact us in the first instance if you believe there to be an issue with the goods you have received, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. This way we can resolve any issues before you attempt to fit any parts which may not be correct.
What to do if your order was damaged in transit
We urge all of our customers to check the contents of their delivery as soon as they can and advise us within 48 hours of delivery if any item has arrived damaged or is missing from an order. The sooner you let us know there’s an issue, the sooner we can resolve it for you.
Take as many clear photos of the damaged part and the external packaging as you can, and get in touch with us via the contact form this page so that we can look into it for you.
We’ll then be in touch as soon as possible to discuss next steps and get the problem fixed.
What to do if we sent the wrong parts by mistake
Although we have a dedicated team of pickers in our warehouse, and use barcodes and scanners to minimise the chance of any errors occurring, we understand that mistakes can happen.
If you find that you’ve received the wrong parts, then please let us know as soon as possible by filling in this contact form with clear photographs of what you received and as much information as possible.
What to do if you’ve received a faulty part
All our products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, so if you encounter a faulty item in this time, we would like to know about it.
Sometimes we may need items back for testing or repair, but our Customer Service team will explain this to you if it’s required. In most situations we will require photos of the damage or fault, which you can send through to us using the contact form further down this page.
How to return parts to Just Kampers
We’ve made it as easy as possible for you to send things back, and you can get in touch with us at any point if you’ve got any questions or issues with your order.
Step 1: Getting a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number
Before you can send any parts back to us, you’ll need a Returns Authorisation (RA) number so that we can track and process your return and refund. You can get a Returns Authorisation number from our Customer Service Team by calling us on 01256 862288 or by using our contact form below.
Step 2: Using your RA number
Once you’ve got your RA number, you’ll need to write it on the outside of your parcel before you send it back to us. We’ll use this to link your returned parts to you, so we know who sent them back and why.
Any returns sent back without an RA number being created, or without an RA number being visible on the packaging, may not be processed as we may not be able to determine who has sent us the items or why.
Step 3: Returning your items to us
Once you’ve got your RA number and written it on your parcel, you just need to post or courier it back to us. Please post your return within 7 days of an RA number being issued. If you’re returning parts that you simply no longer want or need, then we don’t cover the cost of the return postage.
Remember to keep the proof of postage for your returned items. They’ll need to arrive in their original condition and packaging for you to get a full refund, so be sure to package them well!
Step 4: We’ll process your refund
We’ll inspect your returned items once they arrive with us, and will then refund you via your original payment method within 5 working days.


How to return Old Core to Just Kampers
We stock a lot of reconditioned parts here at Just Kampers, which are rebuilt by experts using original components known as ‘old core’.
Sometimes we’ll need you to send your old core back to us, so that we can pass it on to the teams who recondition and rebuilt them. This allows us to keep a constant flow of original parts which can be remade using new components.
Just like returning anything to Just Kampers, you’ll need a Returns Authorisation (RA) number before you can send your old core back.
