MC4 solar power cables, or Multi-Contact 4mm cables, are ideal for hooking up different components in a solar charging system.


This pair of MC4 Y solar adaptors is ideal for setting up or expanding a solar panel charging system for your camper or caravan. There's one female two male connector (1F2M) and a one male two female connector (1M2F).


These MC4 cables are designed for connecting multiple solar panels together, to allow them to provide more power with less complex cabling.


These connectors are TÜV certified, and have a water- and weather-proof rubber seal that can ensure excellent electrical contact for life time service. TÜV certification is a sign that a product has been checked and endorsed by a renowned third-party organisation.

What is IP67?

These connectors have an IP rating of IP67, which means that they're totally protected against dust, and protected against the effects of temporary immersion between 15 cm and 1 m, for 30 minutes. Of course, if your van has been immersed in water than the integrity of these cable connectors is likely the least of your concerns, but it's good to know they're so well protected!

What is safety class II?

Electrical components with a class II safety rating have been designed so they don't need a safety connection to electrical earth (grounding). This means that no individual failure is able to cause dangerous voltage to pose a risk of electric shock. This is another safety feature that makes these connectors extremely safe.
