Reluctantly for sale our T4 Camper imaginatively named ‘Vanny’! Our family is expanding so we need something a little bigger.
Vanny has served us well over the last few years and has been on many adventures, a very well equipped camper that is ready to go. Age related wear and tear, however very loved and looked after. Since we bought Vanny we have had all the leisure electrics replaced professionally, complete with a new leisure battery purchased in Sept 2022. The rock and roll bed and thermal black out curtains makes for a very comfortable night's sleep, bed converts to sofa when not needed, tinted rear and side windows for privacy.

We have used the van in all weathers ranging from December in Wales to heatwaves at festivals, the van provides comfort either way. With swivel captain’s chair, folding kitchen table, 2 ring gas hob, with 2 gas canisters and Waeco fridge freezer you can easily prepare meals and dine inside the van. Fitted fire alarm and fire extinguisher included, safety first!
The side pop top provides so much space along the whole length of the van - not having to stoop over while you get dressed or make a cup of tea is a godsend. A bed board can be added to provide a further sleep space.
As can be seen in the pictures the side door has a ding & scrape, cosmetic only and does not affect the function. If you are looking to get outdoors and go camping this is a great van for you, Vanny isn't going to win any VW beauty pageants, although it comes with beautiful decals ( we bought the van like this - you’ll never lose it in a car park!)

Vanny comes complete with a pop up drive away awning, so quick and easy to put up/away we use a full height large double blow up bed in the tent compartment and there is still ample room, spaciously fits 2 adults or would suit more children. Vanny also comes with UV protection sun awning for when not using the driveway awning providing shade. There's plenty of storage in the built-in cupboard spaces and under the bed. Vanny also comes with a Fiama double bike rack. Electric hook up & cable included. USB sockets can be used without hook up. Solar panel included.
Mechanically we have recently replaced the battery, we had the clutch replaced October 2022. We have just bought new headlamp units and had some minor welding done this April 2024. See MOT. As Vanny is a 2.5 TDI he copes very well on hills and can comfortably cruise on the motorway.
Cambelt and waterpump replaced June 2021. Full receipts for all works completed. Since we've owned Vanny all works have been completed by a VW campervan specialist.
