Mahle Barrel and Piston Set 2110cc 90.5 x 82mm Forged VW Type 1 1300 - 1600cc engines 1960 on

This set of forged Mahle 90.5mm barrels and pistons fitted to a 1300 to 1600cc engines using a 82mm stroker crank will give you a capacity of 2110cc.

78mm Crankshaft = 2007cc 86mm Crankshaft = 2213cc

These will require substantial machining to the engine case and cylinder heads to fit.

Or you can use one of our new Auto Linea engine cases J48294 and cylinder heads that are pre machined to accept large bore barrel and piston sets.

This set of four barrels and pistons are supplied complete with rings, gudgeon pins and clips.
