Front Side Window Kit Sliding Tinted New Ford Transit 2013 Onwards MWB / LWB / XLWB

Treat yourself to a pair of tinted side windows for your Ford Transit, and transform your panel van into a camper! Ideal if you’re looking to totally change up the look and feel of your van. We’ve put together this money-saving bundle kit to give you all of the parts and gear you’ll need to install tinted, opening windows on both sides of your Transit.

The kit includes:

• Sliding, tinted windows for the offside (right) and nearside (left) forward side panels,

• Two tubes of adhesive bonding agent, to fix the windows in place,

• A pair of felt applicators, to spread the adhesive where it’s needed,

• Two glass cleaning sachets, and two bottles of glass primer, to prep the windows for fitting.

The windows measure approximately 1370 mm x 755 mm on the nearside (left), and 1369 mm x 753 mm on the offside (right). Fits the forward side panels, behind the cab doors, on the Ford Transit built from 2013 onwards. Suitable for medium wheelbase, long wheelbase and extra-long wheelbase vehicles.

The glass has a strong window tint, with 33% light transparency. This gives you an excellent degree of privacy, as well as protection from sunlight for you and your interior. However, this dark window tint does makes the glass unsuitable for taxis. If you want to go one step further and really live the campervan dream, you can get curtains for your new windows which come with pre-formed rails and all the fitting parts you’ll need, so you can get even more privacy and won’t have to wake up when the sun does! All the glass we sell at JK has been fully tested for quality and safety, and has it’s E Code mark. This code shows that the product has been approved and certified. You can install one window, or several, into your vehicle by yourself, if you have the tools, experience and the confidence to do so.

However, we do advise that windows are installed by a trained, experienced professional to avoid any errors being made.
