Supplied complete with the inner structure and front step. Fits offside (right) on all VW T2 Bays from 1973 to 1979.

Please remove and replace your damaged or rusty panel as leaving it will cause further issues down the line. Use a professional or someone with lots of experience in fitting these panels as they require welding and maybe some further shaping.
