Quality Fiamma product. This pair of extra rails will let you add an extra bike to the Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro mounted on your VW Transporter. Designed to work with the tailgate mounted Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro on the VW T5 or VW T6, this is a quick and easy way to carry an extra bike on your existing bike rack.

At a glance:

• Easily fitted to the Fiamma Pro tailgate bike rack on the VW T5 (see J39658),

• Also fits easily to the Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro on the VW T6 (see J41843),

• Allows you to mount a third bike on your existing Fiamma bike rack,

• Supplied as a pair, with one bike tyre being secured to each,

• Made from high quality anodysed aluminium,

• Includes all the safety wedges and securing strips from the Fiamma bike rack system.

These Bike Block Rails are finished in deep black aluminium, and may not perfectly match the rest of your Fiamma bike rack system if the other parts are finished in silver. If you’re looking for silver rails, see J43772.

Designed for the Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro:

This extra Bike Block Pro rail is designed as an extension to the deep black Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro for the VW T5, T5.1, T6 or T6.1. These racks are designed to fit onto the tailgate of your Transporter without obstructing the upper brake light. They’ll carry two bikes as standard, and so this extra rail will allow you to carry a third. For more information about the Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro:

• See J39658 for the VW T5,

• See J43764 for the VW T6.

Dimensions and materials:

Length: 47.5 cm,

Weight: 1.2 kg,

Maximum load per rail: 15 kg.

Wide enough to accommodate most bike wheels, unless you’ve got some particularly massive mountain bike tyres! Made from anodised aluminium, and finished in deep black to match the black Fiamma Carry-Bike Pro racks.

Supplied with sliding wedges and strip belt to easily fasten the wheels of the bike. The belts are 31 centimetres long, and will fit around most bike wheels.

What is anodised aluminium?

Anodised aluminium is resistant to corrosion and wear, because the metal has been treated to create a layer of aluminium oxide on the surface, which protects the metal. Having anodised aluminium also means that the metal is harder and more difficult to scuff and damage, since the layer of aluminium oxide is harder than the relatively soft aluminium which it’s protecting.
