A vital steering component, the drag link is a connecting rod between the steering box and the axle centre pin.

The length of the drag link affects the steering geometry and when this part ages and wears it begins to affect wheel alignment. This, in turn, compromises the handling and stability of the vehicle at speed – sometimes drastically.
