We are a York-based owners club, we're predominantly an air-cooled club with one or two members who have early water-cooled vehicles.  We are a friend based club, we all help each other out with advice and a helping hand when needed.  We meet up regularly, though we don't have a set day to meet up as we feel that would exclude those who have other commitments that fall on the same day, so we mix it up. 

We also have random drives out and camp outs as well as cruising together to events both in the UK and in Europe.  We are part of Classic Volks and therefore have great access to parts, workshop space and a local air-cooled mechanic that is happy to undertake work for those not keen on doing it themselves.  Our local show run by me is the Field of Dreams Air-cooled VW show, and all members generally attend with a nice club area.

We don't charge for membership, but we do have merch available for those that want it - t-shirts, mugs etc, these are non-profit making items.

We've been running since 2010 and have many long-term members as well as new ones joining all the time.
