This VW T2 Bay Window Camper Van 1972 (L) Project is a must-have for any VW Campervan enthusiast and would make a great Project. It's a right-hand drive, pop-top campervan full body restoration. Paint White on Blue
Details of the van are:
Creative Engineering Weed eater front axle
Boxster front brakes on Dropped spindles
VW VR6 rear brakes All servo assisted
Brake System fitted - Brake system completed and working
Porsche 2.7 l refurbished engine (1975)| professionally installed.
Porsche gearbox with gear linkage fitted just need get selector coupling to complete
Newly painted in two tone Blue and white
Front windscreen and rear screen fitted all other glass available but not fitted roof vents not included
Work necessary to complete connecting up of accelerator linkage and clutch linkage
installation of fuel system
Parts necessary to complete (not supplied)
• fuel pump, filter and pipework to the engine
• no intake manifold gaskets
• no air filter or air box securing straps/clips
• gear selector coupling knuckle at the gearbox bull
• no accelerator rod linkage from the throttle to engine/cable pivot on the rear of the engine
• no speedo to connect the engine sensors to and no speedo cable.
• Relays are missing from the supplied engine relay panel
• no front wheel centre/hub/grease caps
Various other small items available (some of the heater controls locks a couple of striker plates). Front bumper in 3 sections included but needs some patching.
