This EMPI brake proportioning valve is installed in line with the brake line, enabling you to adjust the amount of pressure directed to the front brakes. Excessive pressure often results in the front tires locking up, especially if they are small in size.
Provides up to a 50% reduction. The ports for fitting are 1/8" NPT. The valve comes with two fittings for conversion to 3/16" SAE brake line. Permits simple adjustment of the brake bias from front to rear.
