Tinted window installation

If you’ve got the tools, experience and confidence to tackle the job yourself, it’s certainly possible to install these windows as a DIY project at home. Having said that, we definitely advise that these windows are fitted by a trained, experienced professional who will be able to avoid any errors being made. If you’re in any way uncertain about how to fit your new windows, it’s always best to have the glass fitted by a pro, who will be able to ensure that it’s done quickly, safely and securely. Make installation easier with a glass fitting kit

Whether you’re tackling the installation of these windows as a DIY project, or you’re getting an expert in to do the job, you’ll need a window bonding kit: J18126.

This optional fitting kit is available separately, and includes a tube of adhesive bonding agent, to fix the glass in place, the felt applicator to spread the adhesive to where you need it, as well as a cleaning sachet and bottle of glass primer, to get the windows prepped and ready to be installed.

It’s curtains

If you’ve gone to the trouble of fitting your Sprinter or Crafter out with a set of new windows, why not take the extra step and add some blackout curtains, too? Bespoke designed for the middle side window of your van, they’re a great way to keep in warmth, and block dawn sunlight and prying eyes from your camper!
