Complete front panel. Fits VW Beetles from 1961 to 1967. Includes the inner spare wheel well, both lower front 1/4 bumper hangers and the outer front valance pre-welded together for ease of fit. US spec front panel with holes for the towel rail mounts, this can be used on European spec Beetles if the holes are filled.
