1641cc Complete Engine Kit VW Beetle 1967 on VW Split 1967 VW T2 Bay 1967-1979

This great quality top engine rebuild kit has been created for 1641cc air-cooled engines, using the expertise which Jopex has built up since 1975.

Allows you to increase both the power and torque of your engine without major internal engine modifications.

Can be used on aircooled Type 1 engines built from 1967 onwards. Can be used to upgrade your 1500cc and 1600cc single port engine if you replace your carburettor and manifold.

The rebuilt kit includes:

• a set of four 1641cc barrels and pistons, complete with rings and gudgeon pins

• two 040 twin port cylinder heads with 32mm exhaust and 35.5mm inlet valves, and

• a complete engine gasket set.
