Vehicle compatibility

These high strength fixing bars are intended for use within the garage compartment of motorhomes and RV’s. Within these areas, it’s common to store additional smaller vehicles such as:

• Motorbikes,
• Motorised scooters,
• Mountain bikes,
• Other miscellaneous small-scale vehicles.

These bars may also be perfect for securing items within open spaces in commercial vehicles. Please note, for a more effective and stronger fixing to the floor, you’ll require more fixing points to tie down to. 

How to use

Provided you’ve got an effective support rail already installed, you can use these rails for additional support and security, when transporting these vehicles within your motorhome! Bars should be mounted parallel to your vehicle but can be arranged to suit your preferred layout.

To store a single motorised scooter within the garage compartment, mount your two bars either side of your scooter, facing parallel to the position of your scooter. Once the bars are installed, you can then use additional accessories to secure the scooter in place, while using the bars as a fixing point. Ideal for use with rope, thin-hooked bungee cords and robust belt straps. As your scooter stands, use the eyelets on the bars to fix your accessories, and use them to tie the scooter down to the floor.

For a more secure fixing, you can purchase additional eyelets, so that your cord may be wrapped over your scooter more times. The more points in which your scooter is mounted to the floor, the more supported it will be!
