1600cc twinport engine (short) with 215mm flywheel.
Fits AS coded, 1600cc T2 Bays built from 1972 to 1979.
The unit is supplied with:
• New 200mm flywheel
• New barrels and pistons
• New bearings
• New oil pump
• New valve springs
• New gaskets
• New oil cooler.
• 4 x spark plugs.
Please Note These engines are all supplied with a 200mm flywheel if fitting to a late van you may need to change your clutch
All other components are reconditioned if they are within VW tolerances. If not, they are also replaced.
Supplied on a service exchange basis and you will need to pay a refundable deposit.

You will need to return the old unit to JK within two months and we will collect it from you on your instruction.
Once returned, the unit is checked to ensure that it is complete and suitable for reconditioning before your full deposit can be refunded to your credit or debit card.

Old units will be credited, where applicable, in full up to two months from the date of purchase. Old units returned after this period will be credited at our discretion.
