This product is sold on an exchange basis, your surcharge will be refunded on return of your old unit in a re-buildable condition, with the returns card fully completed. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any costs for returning Core items back to Just Kampers. The refund will be made once confirmed by the reconditioning company. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund from receipt of the old core unit being received back at Just Kampers Ltd.


The exchange works as follows: once you receive the reconditioned alternator, use the same box it came in to return your old unit – which must reach us within a maximum of two months. When you order, we ask you to pay a refundable deposit of £100.00 which is charged in addition to the original cost of the unit. On receipt of your returned unit, we check that it is complete and suitable for reconditioning before refunding your deposit to your credit or debit card. The cost of return delivery of the used part is paid by you. In this way, we – and yourselves – can help ensure that future generations will have an ongoing, cost-effective source of replacement parts for their vehicles.
