Quality EMPI product. Located on the outside of the crankcase and pins the cam followers against the follower bores. Essential if you are going to re-use the existing camshaft. Fits VW Beetles from 1946 to 1979, VW T2 Bays from 1967 to 1979, and VW T2 Bays from 1979 to 1985.
