Quality Febi product. 2-pin reverse light switch. Fits T5s from 2003 to 2015 and T6 2015 onwards.
If your reverse lights aren't working, it could be the bulbs or the fuse, but it's also likely to be the switch. This is a fairly straight forward part to fit, and should fix the problem for you.
