Does exactly what it says on the tin.I have been wanting to donthis upgrade for a while well I eventually got around to doing it. Literally a 10 minute job to do and I am no longer hitting the dash and the seat when changing gear I wish I had done it years ago. Easy to follow instructions and a great upgrade to do.

Quick Shift Kit should be called Positive shift kit, and is a great improvement on my T25.This kit is of a very good quality and the main base block is a beautiful piece of machining !
I found the steel sleeve would not go round the bend on my 14mm gear lever at first. I filed the bend slightly on the curved portion, and then I filed a small chamfer on the inside of the sleeve at the top and the bottom but not all the way round, just in a vertical line about 6mm wide. The sleeve then went round the bend quite easily !!
The rest of the installation then went exactly as the fitting instructions said !
I took the vehicle for a test drive today and the gear change was a great improvement.
The shorter movement enabled me to locate every gear precisely, whereas before it was a bit hit and miss !
I am very pleased with the results. This kit should not be expected to cure worn, sloppy gear linkage, but in my opinion it greatly improves the gear changing mechanism and is a worthwhile investment.Posted on
