These stainless steel exhaust J-tubes are just the thing if you wish to remove the heat exchangers from your Type 4 air-cooled engine either to increase power or due to the fact they are no longer in useable condition.
They replace the original heat exchangers and are made from 42mm tubing. The tubes are stainless steel whilst the flanges and adapter stacks are mild steel. These are made to fit vehicles up to 1978. High-quality fitting hardware included.
Quality CSP product. J-tube heat exchanger replacement pipes. Designed for type 4 style engines in VW T25s built from 1979 to 1983. These use 4x copper rings with a raised flange (See image 2).
