10 Reasons to see Just Kampers at the VolksWorld Show

Dom will be joining us on Saturday 18 March, and he'll be with us for the day with Honest John.

You may recognise Dom and Honest John from their hugely popular YouTube channel, especially their recent series where they're working on a 1955 VW Beetle, which we've been helping them get back on the road. 

Dom's 1955 right-hand drive Oval Beetle will also be on the stand, as he's been getting it ready for the VolksWorld Show. 

Make sure you drop by the Just Kampers stand at the VolksWorld Show to pick up your free retro tax disc and tax disc holder.

Also known as "Workshop Mark", our full-time JK mechanic will be with us on Sunday 19 March. 

Whether you've got a technical question, want some advice on a project, or just want to chat, he'll be on the Just Kampers stand for the second and final day of the VolksWorld Show. 

We can't say too much about what they are just yet, but there'll be several new products revealed at the Just Kampers stand at the VolksWorld Show. 

All we can say is they'll be part of our Preservation Parts range, which is filled with top-quality parts and accessories.

Dom Chinea's 1955 Oval Beetle will be for sale at the VolksWorld Show! 

As well as being displayed on the Just Kampers stand during the show, the right-hand drive VW Beetle will be up for sale that weekend. 

Dom will be joining us at the show on Saturday 18 March, so he'll be there to answer any of your questions about the Oval, which actually belongs to his mum. 

We've been helping Dom get the Beetle ready for the show, after it spent 15 years in his mum's garage. 

We've added a new JK Customer Display Area for 2023, where we can show off some of your awesome classic VWs. 

Loads of people have been in touch since we started offering free tickets and a spot in our new vehicle display area back in November, so we're really excited to be able to show off everyone's rides. 

Sadly a couple of people have had to drop out, so there might still be a space for you to get your Volkswagen on display if you get in touch now!

We recently swapped the stock Diesel engine from our limited edition Magnum VW T25 for a 2000cc petrol unit from a Golf GTI! 

The engine conversion has really helped transform the T25 from slowpoke to slick, and added about 60% extra horsepower. 

We did all the work in our on-site garage here at JK HQ, and filmed the process for our YouTube channel.

Another recent conversion to drive out of the workshop here at JK HQ is our VW T6.1, which has been converted into an off-roading Swamper. 

We've added a Bilstein lift kit, a snorkel, upgraded lights, and a few other touches to create a Transporter which is really impressive off-road. 

In fact, it handles so well off-road that some of the JK Team used it to pull a Beetle bonnet sledge around in the snow... 

Last year we transformed an entry-level VW T6.1 from a bare van into a cool camper, and did the whole conversion for under £10,000. 

Making the most of our on-site workshop here at JK HQ, we cut out bulkheads, cut in windows, fitted sound deadening, installed an electric rock'n'roll bed, fitted a kitchen with a sink, hobs, and fridge and more. 

It's definitely possible for you to convert your own camper, and to do it for less than you think! 

Shaun and Caz from the JK Team will be heading to the VolksWorld Show in their much loved 1974 VW T2 Bay, named Dorris. 

Caz works alongside Shaun, who is our Sales Director here at Just Kampers, as well as overseeing all of our Trade Accounts.

They've both poured a lot of time, love, and effort into their camper, and will be taking the opportunity to take Dorris out for a spin as they cruise to the VolksWorld Show and park her up outside Sandown Racecourse. 

The beloved 1956 Oval Beetle we raced in the 2017 Mille Miglia - Jack the Giant Slayer - will be with us at the VolksWorld Show, too.

He won't be getting a display spot at the show itself, but Josh from the JK Team will be driving him there and back each day.
