VW T2 1971 EARLY BAY MICROBUS DELUXE CAMPER US IMPORT FRESHLY RESPRAYED PROJECT

£9,995.00

Hi all and thanks for looking.

I'm selling one of the buses I thought I would never sell, but family issues and a change in direction in life has left me no choice.

It's a 1971 early bay US (california) dry state import. We bought it off a guy who got it as far as it is, freshly resprayed (a beautiful top quality job) and then got very ill during covid.

All paperwork is present and correct to make registering dead simple, £55 and a V55 form, once its all put back together.

Everything aside from front seats is there to put this beautiful example of an early bay deluxe back together. All glass, bumpers, lights, dash, doorcards, door handles, mirrors etc etc. Wiring loom is still in place.

The advantage of all the windows being out, is you can see exactly how totally solid all of the window recesses are. They are superb. As is the entire roof and guttering.

All parts were labelled when removed, and all screws/bolts and fittings kept nicely.

Engine starts and runs nicely, AH code 1584cc type 1 - no end float.

You can see how solid it is from the photos, and any inspections whatsoever are welcomed. FANTASTIC CONDITION.

Priced at less than half it's 'reassembled' value due to time restraints. So a nice fast simple sale is required please.

Grab a bargain. I'm totally gutted that I can't spend a few weeks pottering about putting this wonderful jigsaw back together, so please no silly offers, I know what they sell for.

Definitely priced to sell, based on the fact that an equivalent pro prep and spray would be best part of £10k.

Delivery anywhere would be no problem at all.

£300 deposit required as soon as an offer is accepted please. Then cash or bank transfer on collection, or prior to delivery, whichever is relevant.

Thanks again for looking.

Any more piccies required please just ask. This bus is superb - and an early bay - don't buy a rotten one at the same price just to avoid the re-registering - its dead easy.

I'm also going to be listing my 1971 Westfalia US import. Again superbly solid and needing registering. So please check my other listing. Cheers everyone.
