Very RARE - Late Split / Early Bay Type 2 tailgate from 1970s Police van - twin window & lock

I have an incredibly rare, early VW T2 bay window tailgate. I got this from a 1970/71 reg van, maybe 25 years ago (late 80s). The van was in a scrap yard near Alton, Hampshire, UK. and had similar windows on both sides, including sliding door, but not the drivers or passenger door (or windscreen) which were standard.

I wish I'd taken a photo of it at the time as it was most unusual. I've not seen anything like it before or since.
The van had a large dent in the roof which had also damaged much of the near side too.

If you look at the images , you'll see an old black and white photo. This is a good example of what the original van would have looked like - an old police van

It also has a church key type lock connected to a horizontal bar that locked into the body of the var on either side - I don't have the key.

Obviously the tailgate has seen better days now but really just needs a needs bottom grafting on but does seem worth saving.
I intended to fit it to my 1969 dormobile but have since sold the camper so need to sell it.

I have never seen another of these tailgates (or vans) in over 35 years in the VW scene.
This will also fit later splitscreen vans too .
