The van conversion includes a rock n roll bed that sleeps 2 adults comfortably, a kitchen unit with a gas hob (gas bottle included) and a sink with tap. There is a 12v leisure battery that is charged from the van's engine, this powers the lights and there are 12v sockets that can be used for charging phones or powering cool boxes etc.

There are a few bad points for the van which include some areas of rust around the wheel arches and sills, some damage to the passenger side rear of the van which was caused by the previous owner, this causes the sliding door the stick sometimes but its never been an issue for us using it. The plastic step into the rear of the van is also damaged due to wear and tear and would benefit from being replaced, but again it has never been a problem for us. The interior of the van is generally in very good condition apart from the fabric lining on the roof is starting to sag a little and will need reattached at some point.

I have included pictures of all the damage to the body work so that there are no surprises for anybody that would be coming to view the van.

The van has been great for us over the past 2 years that we have owned it and has travelled around the Lake District, Yorkshire and Scotland on some great holidays, we are reluctant to sell but due to a growing family we need to have a change, the van isn't showroom condition and does have its bad points but this is reflected in the price, there are no hidden problems with it, it runs and drives great and has just passed its MOT without needing any work. This van will be ready for somebody to use straight away in the coming spring and summer months. I also have a small awning and a van cover that can be included in the sale.
