We are placing our project van up for sale tragically unfulfilled.
Original Auto Sleeper conversion layout.
The bodywork needs attention all around the van, a previous owner painted it with a roller so it has been waiting on a new paint job for years which I have never been able to give her.
There are also several areas requiring new panels or will do soon.
Was running as sweet as a nut until 3 years ago but hasn’t turned a wheel since, no reason why it can’t be bought back to life easily, I just don’t have the know how.
Has had a power steering system installed.
Front seats are both captains chairs, passenger seat on swivel base.
Has been lowered.
Retrofitted with chunky wing mirrors, square headlamps, and deep bumpers (both front and rear need refurbishment).
Handbrake ratchet is no longer functioning correctly.
Interior in good condition but showing it’s age in one or two areas but nothing of concern.
Broke the side door handle off when taking pictures but the bottom of the side door is rough and needs replacement.
It’s a good van that just needs some money and effort thrown at it to make it into a really special camper.
Will be a great project for anyone with either a bit of money to sort the bodywork, or an enthusiastic welder.
