VW T2 Bay (1971, LHD, restored)

Vintage VW Type 2 Bay bus (1971 originally California registered) fully refurbished, in very good condition. Registered in the UK in 2010/11.

Left Hand Drive imported from California in 2010, and then refurbished to high standard throughout. Complete with convertible 'rock and roll' bed and replacement leather seating / upholstery, with vinyl panel cards to match. Matching curtains fitted. MadMatz custom floor tiles and carpets.

Range of upgrades completed including complete bare metal respray in classic VW colours (Titian Red and Cloud White). Full electrical rewire, new headliner installed and engine top rebuilt. Tyres and hubcaps replaced to original stock specification. New Propex Gas heating system installed to provide living space heating.

Full MOT through to July 2022. No vehicle tax payable to DVLA as classic vehicle. Low insurance category.
