These small panels are designed to repair the lower area of the window frame for the centre side windows on your T2 Bay.

The middle panel section measures approximately 83 cm in length and 2 cm in height. The corner panels measure 38 cm in length and 2 cm in height.

Why should I replace my existing classic part?

Sometimes the edges of your windows will succumb to wear and rust, this weakens the supporting structure that your window is secured to. As the metal develops more rust, the metal breaks down and can even develop holes. With too much rust, the window is at risk of falling out altogether, and that’s dangerous if you’re on the move.

Areas around the windows sometimes develop rust later in their life, but that’s because water can get trapped there. It will sit in the gaps between surfaces and slowly eats away at the paint and the metal. As water creeps in, it can cause rust to form. Once this starts, you’ll want to replace these areas right away!
