Important washerThis kit is good but it does not come with the washer for the reverse switch when you fit it to the gearbox... you should have the washer on the bung that you take out of the gearbox. Make sure you use this washer or the reverse lights will stay on permanently whether you’re in reverse gear or not.

Kit looks good but no information suppliedThe kit appears to supply everything you need to do the job, switch, plenty of wiring and connectors, bulb housings and two bulbs. The difficulty is there are no details on how it should be fitted, no wiring diagrams. I've had to do some googling to get some diagrams and still need to work out where the switch goes to make it automatic. That said, I'm new to VWs and electricals are not my thing, anyone with a better understanding would probably be able to do this without a problem.
