I am offering for sale a very special T4 that is particularly close to my heart.
This is a 2002 Volkswagen T4 Caravelle GL VIP, powered by the 2.8-litre 24-valve VR6 petrol engine producing 204 hp — the most powerful engine ever factory-installed in the T4.
The vehicle has covered just 51,600 original miles (83,000 original kilometres) and has been maintained with exceptional care throughout its life.
The mileage is fully supported by the vehicle's documentation and is also entirely consistent with the exceptional condition of the vehicle itself, which remains remarkably close to new.
It has never been involved in an accident, has never been driven on salted winter roads, has never been smoked in, and has always been kept in a dry, ventilated garage.
This is an honest, original and highly preserved example, rather than a restored or heavily modified vehicle.
The vehicle's VIP interior was specially commissioned by its original owner and fitted by Volkswagen Thailand in Thailand, following a special-order specification. It therefore represents a particularly unusual and highly specified Caravelle.

I have owned and cared for this T4 with the intention of preserving it, rather than simply using it as another van.
