This is not a conventional permanent camper conversion. It was built specifically for day trips, cycling, kayaking and outdoor adventures, with a comfortable single-person sleeping arrangement. The bespoke interior is completely removable, allowing the original Shuttle seating to be refitted and the vehicle returned to its full 9-seat configuration.

THE IDEA BEHIND THE VAN
This van was designed around my own use as a solo adventure/day van – somewhere to drive to the coast, countryside or mountains, carry bikes or kayaks, enjoy the day and have the option of staying overnight.
The removable interior means it can also be returned to its original 9-seat Shuttle configuration, making it considerably more versatile than a permanently converted camper.
The furniture has been made from quality lightweight materials and the leisure/electrical installation uses recognised components including Victron and CTEK.
The van has been carefully maintained throughout my ownership and a substantial amount has been invested in both its mechanical condition and the conversion.
