Brand new off road tyres at a cost of £650 that will last up to 7 years.
We’ve recently spent £700 getting it through the MOT, including a significant amount of welding underneath. There are some advisories, which is to be expected for a T4 of this age, but nothing major.
We paid £10,000 for the van and have since invested over £5,000 in maintenance and improvements, reflecting how well it has been cared for.
There is some surface rust, but overall, it presents very well for its age, with no rust to the wheel arches or sills.
It drives exceptionally well and pulls like a train.
It also comes with an air awning, making it a great option for weekends away, camping trips, and longer stays.
We never planned on selling it, but following a mountain bike accident in 2024 that resulted in an above-knee amputation, I’m no longer able to drive it. The MOT history over the last couple of years reflects the limited use since then. This van has been our pride and joy and a hobby I have genuinely loved owning and maintaining.
Price: £11,995
With the major mechanical work already done, the reliable 1.9 engine, low mileage for its age, and the bonus of the air awning, this is a strong, honest T4 with plenty of life left in it.
