A proper early bay imported from San Francisco.
Original single port engine uprated to 1641cc with twin webber carburettors for better economy/power and an extra deep sump for better cooling.
Was repainted two years ago, with all new window seals.
Pop top was overhauled with new stainless steel hinges, top quality canvas and all new seals.
Original buddy seat, children’s cab bunk, bunk in pop top and fly sheets are all still there.
Original VW key works all locks and ignition.
It’s not concourse, but a really good camper.
New cover included.
I’ll be very sad to see it go. I’ve owned it for nearly 20 years. (Dry stored in my ownership too)
Has never let us down.
