Early Bay Window tin top

’Norman’ is a 1971 T2 (bay window) bus who has given us a huge amount of pleasure these past ten years. I bought him in 2016 shortly after he’d had a bare metal restoration. Since then he has had a new, reconditioned 1,600 engine, which has just been superb; a total overhaul of brakes and suspension; and a new front axel (plus other bits and bobs, naturally). I have also installed a great sound system with Bluetooth and integrated phone holder which has been a game-changer on long journeys. The simple interior has been perfect for days at the beach, but as you’ll see from the photos he’s perfectly capable of accommodating overnight stays too. Road tax and MOT exempt he is extremely low maintenance and I am only selling him now as my old knees can no longer take the long clutch travel!! It won’t hurt to get some garage space back too. Here for someone new to enjoy.
