My beautiful Sam alas, is ready for a new home. His bodywork is rust free (no filler) and his engine runs as sweetly as you can imagine having done only 14,000 miles - bought from VW Heritage. He has a new full exhaust system and is virtually flawless. 128 miles since last service. MOT not required.
He has six seat belts, a full width rock and roll bed, cooker, sink, leisure battery, electrical hook up, 4 speaker Pioneer (phone connecting via SmartSynch) stereo, pop top, integral roof rack, front bunk bed, full set of lovely (unique!) curtains, cutlery, plates, pans etc. Just add water and you're ready to camp.
His first life (1971) was is in Texas, so his bodywork is incredible and he's left hand drive. He's been very much loved in the 19 years I've had him, and I honestly don't think you could get a finer T2. If you know what T2 engine is supposed to sound like, you'll recognise the sweet sound of his. He's always been a 100% starter, in cold, wet and sunshine alike.
