Here we have a 1963 Beryl Green (built November 62) complete with original cloth upholstery, headliner, door cards and green floor mats - specific to beryl green bugs. Supplied directly to me from BBT Belgium in 2018 having been found in an Austrian barn and not used since the early 90s. Matching number car (factory birth certificate supplied) with some service paperwork and log book going right back to the original owner. All brakes, steering (king pins) replaced with a new valves/guides/pushrod seals on the original engine. Comprehensive list of receipts detailing parts purchased - everything on this car works including its 6 volt electrics thanks to its intact wiring loom. Car drives perfectly and completed a round trip to Bad Camberg, Germany in 2024 without event.
It has never been welded but does need a small amount done to the usual places (rear bumper hangers, front and rear quarters) , however it has its original battery tray and is otherwise a solid car. Paintwork is mostly original (along with dents!) but this car is very much a patina vehicle showing all its 64 years age with massive potential.
I'm only interested in dealing with enthusiasts that get and understand these vehicles so would expect a viewing before any offers or bids. A significant number of period spares also available for the right price.
