Reluctant sale of Rosie - 1979 Devon Moonraker VW camper. Last year of this iconic Type 2 air-cooled camper. Imported from Germany in 2003 by the previous owner. Bought to restore, but time and money have not allowed.
Will require extensive renovation as body work is in poor condition and interior requires a refurb, but great project for someone prepared to put in the time and money.
Has a host of original features, including original plaid upholstery, much of which is in very good condition. Original fridge, stove, cupboards and carpet. No longer has a pop-up roof canvas - removed as it had perished.
Original engine, which we have previously got running, but needs an overhaul. Has been registered as SORN for some time. The buyer will need to arrange transport to collect.
