With great sadness we are selling our lovely old camper we have had for 22 years.
It is best to phone for details but in summary:
Bought as runner and used for few years but body not great so bought Californian import shell (strangely 1976 manufacturer from California) and had all fittings taken from original, axle was sound.
It had a VW heritage 1600cc petrol engine fitted by Fisher Restoration in 2011, mileage at that time was 14402. (mileage now 40730) we have been to France mostly but also to Germany on six weeks' holiday.
Has ceramic heater and hook up. leisure battery.
The kitchen is original and we think amazing!
Cooker rings run on gas cylinder. Kitchen is the original as fitted when new in 1976 - Instructions still in German.
The front seats have been recovered in leather, the back bench seat (part of pull down bed) in fabric.
The roof is lined so not cold metal.
2-bike bike rack included in Sale if you want it.
It is stored in dry each year for 6 months and used throughout the other six.
