Volkswagen t4 1993 camper conversion

Hi I'm selling this Volkswagen t4 1993 day van it has been parked up for a couple of years so has no mot it has 1745000 miles the gearbox engine and clutch are all perfect it's a really good van to get up and going I'm looking for reasonable offers as I am not to bothered about selling it so if stupid offers I will just put a new mot and put up also part x what have you got try me hackney E9 7JF, I don't know much about it the spray paint cost 3k the wheels cost over 500 needs a new battery it still starts but a bad battery I start it for a few hours each day crack in windscreen has pull out bed all sockets for TV lights a good day van all electric hooked up to 240v electric box 6 CD changer under the seat lights around the roof and underneath 1 pipe is leaking but doesn't affect van in anyway as you can drive like this but it's only like £20 and just clip of and on tbf try swaps with anything valuable didn't do much searching in these vans so not to sure of the worth so gonna ask £4750 you send offer what you think it's worth?
