For Sale 2.1 Automatic 1987 VW T25 4 Berth Westfalia Club Joker Campervan (LHD)

I am selling my much loved VW T25 Westfalia Club Joker, (aka Arnie). I have owned him since 2019 but now ready to let him go as have not used him as much as planned.

This is a rare petrol 2.1L automatic in metallic ‘Dove Grey’ colour, left hand drive German import. Westfalia are renowned for designing and building top quality campervans for Volkswagen since 1951. The Club Joker was a top spec conversion offering customers the most comprehensive specification available at the time including heating and insulation allowing year round travel in all climates. With a 2.1L engine, there as is enough power to get up a hill fully loaded and cruise comfortably. The automatic transmission takes any effort out of driving; as does the power steering when trying to park in tight spots.

The camper is in good condition with the usual bodywork issues and some rust commensurate with its age. It has not been resprayed which means what you see is what you get. Current mileage is approx 200,629 kilometres. MOT valid until February 2025.

It comes with:

- Digital radio/CD/Bluetooth/USB socket
- Five tinted and double glazed windows in the rear living area. The window above the cooker opens.
- Isringhauer (ISRI) captain highback comfort driver and front passenger seat with adjustable armrests and cloth storage pockets at rear.
- Large double-glazed panorama window at the front of the high top.
- A lot of storage space including; roof locker cupboard above rear seat with a shelf accessible from rear tailgate area, storage cupboard above the drivers cabin, cutlery draw, a cupboard for tableware and the fridge, a wardrobe and small cupboard on rear left over the engine bay and a storage unit along the side with 2 stowage areas.
- Combination cupboard on the left behind the drivers seat with sink, two flame cooker with splash plate. The splash plate folds down and can be used to drain dishes after washing.
- Rock N Roll Seat Bed for 2 people in the rear with a cushion over the engine bay.
- Bed in the hightop roof is about 194 cm x 116 cm, though please note there is not a lot of headspace up there, the double bed cushion up there is a light grey material.
- Original light grey furniture with dark grey PVC edging and upholstery in grey with red & black stripes.
- The curtain material is also grey with a black and red striped pattern, this includes the section for the passenger front and side windows which is clipped on when required.
- Rotating table on metal arm for rear living area.
- 2 lifting air vents with mosquito nets on roof
- 2 12volt lights inside roof.
- Onboard eberspacher heater.
- There is a single lap belt in the rear seat (comes fitted with 3 point seat belts in the driver and passenger seats)
- There are onboard fresh and grey water tanks and leisure battery for running the lights ‘off grid’.
- In 2017 the original ancient fridge was replaced with a newer model that can run on 12v whilst you’re driving and then 240v when you hook up on site.

This camper also comes with the following optional extras which would have cost more at the time of purchase:

- Towbar
- Power steering with a smaller steering wheel
- 2 headrests for the rear seats
- The camper comes fitted with a Fiamma (F45) wind-out awning. Also included is a Khyam Motordome Tourer quick erect awning (a single person can assemble this in 15 minutes or less) which connects to the van via the figure of 8 plastic channeling in the Fiamma awning. I will also throw in a long electrical hook up lead.
