1973 VW Bay Westfalia tin top

For sale is my '73 tin top Westfalia. It was imported from Arizona in 2014, where it is very dry, so is not a rot box.
I have owned the van for nearly 3 years and it has never let me down. It starts and runs just as it should.
It's an 1800cc on twin Weber 34's, and will easily sit at 70mph comfortably.
Last year I installed new heat exchangers and a vintage speed exhaust. While I was there I replaced the pushrod tubes and seals too, along with bolt on Empi rocker covers.
All tyres were replaced in August 2023.
The front seats were recovered in 2013, and they are still in perfect condition. The rear seat etc. is original and again in perfect condition.
I removed the old cupboard/sink and replaced it with an old whisky barrel that I made into a storage cupboard. I also recovered the floor in a very fitting carpet that suits the van perfectly.
The van is extremely solid all round, apart from a little bit of rust (tiny hole) on both front steps.
The underside was pressure washed, and protected in 2015 and is like new under the protectant.
