Late Bay Crossover

Volkswagen T2 Late Crossover Bay Window Westfailia camper, The van is Tax and MOT exempt. Type 4 1800 air-cooled engine reconditioned from The Engine Shop Essex, upgraded from the original 1700 has done less than a thousand on the new engine miles on the clock.

Painstakingly restored professionally at considerable cost the body work on this vehicle is excellent. It has been stripped back hand filled and meticulously sprayed inside and out rust proofing applied to underneath insure it stays rust free for many years to come.

The interior has had insulation blankets fitted throughout.

Reconditioned and colour matched driver and passenger seats MR2 Roadster seats are absolutely beautiful, the passenger seat is a Captains seat and has been fitted so that it can spin around. The pop top has been replaced by a custom one made by a sail cloth company in Exmouth and looks brilliant.

12 volt camping hook up, beautiful copper sink and oak work surface, just waiting for tap to be connected.

BRM Alloys with Yokomato tyres hardly any wear on them.

The bus comes with electric hook up serving a double and single interior plug points.

Madmatz carpets are installed throughout.

The exterior is painted Jaguar Old English White on top and VW Mango Green On the bottom. The Number plates add a nice vintage touch

The van has been garaged since restoration throughout my ownership.

The interior though functional for us is probably where improvements can be made
Which gives the new owners a chance to make it yours

Sad to see her go but she is to small for my grown up family and she isn't getting the use she should have.
