Automatic, 1974 Bay Window - Aus import

*Final reduction - as we will be moving the van down country if she doesn't sell quickly here now*

Reluctantly selling my VW camper. She's a 1974, Australian import, Dormobile, 1.8 Petrol Engine and RHD and automatic.

Currently in Surrey. She has no interior, the underneath is in very good condition, she does have a few rust patches along the body work, but wheel arches and general structural strength are very good. A side panel of the van that I believe the previous owners replaced, has noticibly more rust. But it appears to be very much on the surface and I can't see it being difficult to remove, fuel gauge doesn't work but I think she's a lovely van and would make a fantastic camper for someone willing to put in some work. I am just unable to finance the project right now and I want to see her go to a good home.

We have had a good amount of work done recently this year (2024) on the engine, spending around £1200. She runs and is drivable. Probably not advisable for longer journeys, as the carburettors need some attention, as advised by the garage. Fuel gauge doesn't work.

As you can see, we've priced her for a quick sale, so she'll only be on the market for around the weeks and if we have no takers, we will be bringing her with us.
