Famous Alma Fox

Our beautiful van Alma Fox is a 4 Berth Devon conversion with a versatile Moonraker roof!
First registered in the UK in 1979.
We have owned her since June 2016. Recently we have taken her out of long term storage and have made the hard decision to sell her as we now have a family of giants. She’s now eligible for Historic Vehicle status to make her MOT, tax and ULEZ exempt.
The bodywork presents well with some small bubbles of rust starting to come through in places. All tyres are in good order. The interior cabin cupboards and fittings are all beautifully matching. Well specified including electrics, cooker, fridge and removable table and with speakers under the rear seats. Additional seat behind front seats. Original black dashboard and two-tone orange and grey door cards. All beautifully kept and well detailed interior including fox curtains. 1,641cc twin carb engine conversion carried out at The VW Camper Company in 2019, right hand drive, 4spd manual gearbox.
Comes with a leisure battery (fitted in 2016), to include an electric water tank, 3 way fridge and lighting. 240 hook up, 3/4 width rock and roll bed, plus a million other extras that l've forgotten to mention, but I do have a large pile of receipts for the new lucky owner.
We have loved her and enjoyed many fantastic family holidays in her but unfortunately the family has now (literally) out grown her. She will be sadly missed!!.
She has been in storage for 2 years so will need going over before she is put on the road. Service history, for everything that we have done!

Please note, initially were going to hire her out and opened our own Hire company but we fell in love and never did……hence the advertising on the front tyre!
