2002 T4 2.9 TD campervan

I’ve decided to sell Red as I never seem to have free weekends. £6500 ovno
She is a 2002 VW T4 1.9 TD which has been converted to a pop-top campervan and this is recorded on the V5.
Pretty solid body with small areas of surface rust which I’ve taken pictures off. The only welding has been a small repair last year to the sliding door runner due to wear (see photo). I also had the underside schultzed on the advice of the garage last year as she doesn’t get to move much but the MOT history will show there’s never been an issue with corrosion. She is due a respray so any minor surface rust can be rectified at this time and this is reflected in the price.
With just under 242,000 miles on the clock she’s still going strong and has never given me any mechanical issues outside of the startup beep that many suffer with and which was fixed by replacing the alternator connections. There is a also possible vampire drain on the battery so I’ve always used an isolator when she’s stood for over a week.
Since owning the van, I’ve had EHU installed with the hook up lead hidden behind the rear reflector, so we didn’t have to drill into the body. Leisure battery is 110mAh Gel battery In 2020, I also had an Autoterm diesel heater with upgraded whisper quiet pump installed along with a 100W solar panel and Victron MPPM.
Inside is the common side kitchen set up, with wardrobe and ¾ rock and roll bed which has a 3-point seat belt and lap belt. Upgraded to Scorpio leather seats on as I found the original weren't the best for long journeys. Still on original bases however and front passenger is a swivel base. Recently had the 12v water pump and tap replaced so these work well. One of the gas burners has stopped staying lit so suspect it needs a new thermocouple, I just don’t use it enough to justify replacing it now.
MOT due 26th September but don’t expect any reason she won’t easily pass her next and happy to get this done before selling. She been regularly serviced dispite having little use and had a full service including replaced cam belt September 2023. Last years agreed value was £8500 and I expect this year to be same when it comes back.
If I get a reasonable offer, I am willing to include a Vango Galli Low Compact drive-away awning with custom carpet and footprint. She also comes with a set of 4 steel wheels but they need refurbishing
