This is Lettice, my very beautiful T2 early bay (Westfalia). We have owned her for 4 years and had some amazing adventures around the UK.
Lettice has :
-a full cabinet maker built interior made from solid light oak
- a double burner and sink
- cream leather upholstery
- Porsche tomb stone seats
- maps of all of her adventures on her ceiling ( she was originally a California import)
- A full engine rebuild 500 miles ago by Afonso motors- VW specialists
- A full lower half strip back to metal and respray with photos available to show good metal
-A full inspection of floor pans and any welding completed in march this year by Miller automotive
-Upgraded Red Nine adjustable front Beam
-Hydraulic front discs
-Upgraded EMPI gearstick
-Porsche gas burner wheels
-Bad bit- there is a small rust bubble by her windscreen
She is a really lovely van, we are selling as I now work in Birmingham a few days a week and need a sensible van for commuting and staying over and so have bought a soulless T5!
