Beautiful 1993 T4 Campervan

For sale is our 1993 t4 VW Camper Van with an Original Reimo conversion. Many of the original features remain.

The Camper comes with a new MOT (expires 5th June 2025) and is ready to be enjoyed.

Driver and passenger seats have been replaced. Passenger seat is a swivel pilots seat which can be rotated to use at the table and has a safe fitted underneath for keeping your valuables.

The rock and roll bed is fitted with two safety belts, so up to 4 people can legally travel in the van and there is plenty of under bed storage. I’ve used plywood for the pop up floor so it can be put as far back as possible during the day for maximum head room as a day van. Haven’t got round to coating the plywood but there is some spare felt and adhesive in one of the cupboards. Curtains wrap around the entire windscreen for maximum privacy.

The Camper is in good mechanical condition with a smooth running engine, good gearbox and excellent brakes. Since I’ve owned the van I’ve installed a new starter motor and brake cylinders so it is in great running condition and starts first time.

The Campervan was first registered in March 1993, and like any vehicle of this age is showing a signs of age related wear despite us taking great care of it and having a great respray done a couple of years ago. Places include inside the sliding door, the rear of the pop up canvas and the windscreen sill above the bonnet.

The camper van comes with a drive away awning tent which provides extra storage (no groundsheet), and a secure triple bike rack that fits to the tow bar.

Despite removing the Reimo roll out awning it came with, I’ve kept the brackets so a new awning can be easily installed.

The camper van is ready to drive away. It is being sold as our kids have now outgrown the popup roof and it’s not getting enough use – only 1000 miles in the last 4 years.

Also included is an all weather cover for the winter months.
