1965 VW Splitscreen Microbus or Campervan. 1600 air-cooled engine, 5 spoke empi wheels, empi gear stick, propex heating, radio cd player, 4 bow Creative Engineering roof rack, 15 windows, with curved glass, rear corner windows. Seats 8 or 5 (with removable bench out) which creates a walkthrough. Back bench is a rock and roll bed which has never been slept in. Well maintained cream upholstery and Porsche tombstone seats in front. Three point seatbelts in front. Lapbelts in back.
This Splitscreen has been in our ownership since 2013 and has always been stored indoors in this time. She was a seasonal Wedding vehicle, only driven by owner in this period. Looked after by Scotland’s top air-cooled mechanics & body & paint restored by Irvs Restos in 2018. This Microbus wanted for nothing during our ownership. It was used for many happy weddings and therefore was kept in top condition, in keeping with our business. Over 12 years of professional servicing & fuel lines always regularly replaced. This Microbus is either a ready to go business or leisure & pleasure vehicle. MOT until June 2027.
